The menu bar is hidden by default.
That's why I couldn't find this setting window!!! -_-;
Anyhow, I think Windows Vista is quite better OS than my thinking.
So far, I've thought Vista is NOT successful like as ME. (ME was a terrible.)
But now, I'm realizing a lot of hidden and important changes in Windows Vista.
I admire the developers of Windows always.
And one more hidden feature in Windows Vista.
