오늘 에이전트와 통화를 했는데,
I managed to call an agent today,
현재 가격보다 무려 22% ~28% 이상 오르게 될 것이라고 얘기를 해주었다.
He said, the rental charge will be up to 22% ~ 28% higher than now.
지금 집값도 무척이나 비싼데, 저렇게 오르게 되면 거의 이건 나 죽으라는 이야기.
Oh my god! That's crazy. The rental charge is already very expensive now.
지금 이집과의 계약은 4월 말까지.
The contract to this house is valid until the end of April.
새로운 집 알아보는 걸 당장이라도 시작해야겠다.
I should start to find out new house candidates asap.
